I aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible!

Items that I do not currently have in stock

come direct from the factory 

 and are branded with the

Wanderlust Fashions & Wares Label

from Brand Suppliers in various locations .

I am able to offer prices lower than most

Shops & Boutiques

due to the fact that I keep my overhead costs low.

 In Stock Items ship within 3-4 days

(Majority of items in the online shop are IN STOCK)

For out of stock items or special orders your order will go through 2 stages:

1} Receiving time/Order processing time

Depending on availability of goods and the time of placing the order, 

this process can take up to 10 days if items are out of stock, but usually less

depending on how busy things are.

2) Shipping time: Varies depending on your location 

however most orders within Canada take approximately

3-5 business days

NOTE: Shipments may be extended due to customs clearance delays,

strikes, holidays , COVID-19 etc (reasons beyond my control)

Return Policy

*ALL ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED OVER FOR DEFECTS/DAMAGE BEFORE

I SEND THEM OUT TO MY CUSTOMERS TO

ENSURE THEY ARE RECEIVING PRODUCT

FREE OF DEFECTS 

I strive to sell products you will love but if for some reason 

you are unhappy with your purchase, all return details

can be found below

 * All Returns are processed for Shop Credit only and exchange for alternative sizing when available

Returns must meet the following conditions:

- unworn, unwashed, unaltered

- any original tags are still attached, with original packaging bag

- hygienic liners must be FULLY attached

*Items that do not meet this criteria or smell of smoke/perfume/body odor will not be accepted**

 

SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED 

Other items considered Final Sale:

Undergarments, Swimwear, Drinkware, Jewelry, Hats 

Shop credits will NOT be issued on final sale items.

 

For qualified returns:

Orders sent via Canada Post, must be returned to me within 2 weeks of shipment date

or

Pickup and Personal Delivery Orders, within one week of receiving your order.

Be sure to contact me as soon as you can, if something is not right with your order so we can

look after it in a timely fashion :)

( Exceptions will be made, depending on circumstances,

 to ensure you are happy with your shopping experience with us)

All returns and exchanges need to be authorized by contacting me, and I will then give you instructions for the return. 

Once I have received the item, you will receive an email with your store credit information within three days

of me receiving your package. 

*Returns will be accepted in person to my location / or on designated days and times that I will be in the area of the above

noted locations where I do delivery orders / or mailed back to my location at the customers expense and the cost of shipping on the replaced items.

*If you have made your payment using the sezzle payment plan , you will still need to finish your payment

obligations with them, and store credit will be issued to you on your authorized return* 

On occasion items are sometimes  placed on back-order due to high demand.

If this does happen, you will have the choice to wait for the item to be restocked, or be offered store credit on
